A response has been received from Fairness Commissioner, Mr. Peter Burns, Q.C., that indicates this issue is outside of his jurisdiction.
December 12, 2012- CAOT-BC sent a follow-up letter to the BC Ombudsperson requesting further assistance following the response from Mr. Burns.
December 19, 2012- CAOT-BC was notified that the office of the Ombudsperson has opened a file to review our complaint.
CAOT-BC will provide updates on this issue as they become available.
