If you do any return to work planning or help your clients return to existing or new jobs this workshop is for you. 

·       We will provide practical tools to help you
        determine if your clients cognitive-behavioural
        needs will allow a successful return to work. 

·       A variety of tools will be provided to work shop
        participants and practical applications will be
        discussed. 

·       There will be discussion and learning about job 
        matching to ensure success in a return to
        work. 

·       The second day will involve a discussion on the
         important issues about disclosure both from a
         clients and an employer’s perspective. 

·       We will share strategies to move people
        forward in their return to work with strategies
        that are evidence based and practical.  The
        workshop will conclude with a simulation that
        will integrate all the learning presented.
