ICBC Update: Information from Linda Calbick

Email from ICBC to all Occupational Therapy service providers:

"As ICBC continues to seek opportunities to streamline processes and provide consistency, I am pleased to announce that effective August 1, 2013 it will be compulsory for Occupational Therapists to utilize the ICBC reporting templates to submit their reports. 

Initially, utilization of the report templates was isolated to the Rehabilitation Department and moving forward it is our intention to move this corporate wide. 

If you are not already aware, the report templates rest on the partners page and I invite you to visit the site at icbc.com.   

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.  As well, if ICBC staff question this protocol, please feel free to direct them to contact me."
