Are you LEADing the way? Partnering with Accreditation Canada, this initiative will identify LEADing practices across Canada that demonstrate how digital health is being used to strengthen clinical practice and improve the patient experience.
To qualify, your clinical practice must exemplify at least one or more of the five benefit areas and opportunities for action.
The 2015 National LEADing Practice Initiative is accepting submissions until January 9, 2015. Read more here.
