What: RFP Employee and Family Assistance Program
School District No. 67 (Okanagan Skaha), is seeking a
qualified and competent provider to provide a comprehensive Employee and Family
Assistance Program available to the District’s employees. The purpose of the
EFAP service is to help employees and their immediate families respond to and
deal with problems that affect their physical or emotional health and their
workplace performance. Counseling services include but are not limited to:
-Personal and Emotional Health
-Marital and Relationship Issues
-Family Relationship Issues
-Adolescent Problems
-Aging parent Concerns
-Children’s Issues
-Abuse Issues
-Job Stress Concerns
-Career Counseling
-Grief and Loss Issues
-Addiction Concerns
-Nutrition Problems
-Health Coaching
-Legal and Financial Concerns
-Stress, Anxiety and Depression Issues
