This event will include a Mock Trial: The OT as an Expert Witness in Court
J.A. Pankiw-Petty from PPL Accident Recovery Group will discuss the OT role as an expert witness at trial and provide an overview of the process and expectations, including how to prepare for testimony and cross examination. Volunteers will have the opportunity to practice delivering expert testimony in the courtroom, followed by a group debrief to discuss what went well and where improvements can be made.
