Occupational therapist and UBC researcher Krista Glowacki releases an Exercise and Depression Toolkit, a "new and free online resource...which aims to inform doctors and patients alike on the who, what, why and how of using exercise as medicine".

To ease dementia agitation, drugs may not be best option

Canadian researchers outline recommendations for multidisciplinary care and non-medication therapy to manage symptoms of aggression and agitation in patients with dementia. The includes an occupational therapist "...to modify the patient’s environment or adapt the patient’s routine to avoid frustration".
