Resource for your Practice: Choose to Move

Choose to Move logo
Choose to Move is a free 6-month program to help people introduce the habit of physical activity into their daily life. This program is appropriate for anyone age 65 and older that wants to become active, regardless of ability.

Participants receive both individual and group support, including:

  • Working one-on-one with a trained activity coach to create a tailor-made physical activity plan to meet health and fitness goals. 
  • Joining a group of other Choose to Movers to share successes and challenges.
