COVID 19 UPDATE | Extension
of pre-authorized period
The pre-authorized treatment period has now been extended to
July 31, 2020, or 12 weeks from the date of the crash causing the injury,
whichever is later. Please refer to the General FAQ for
more information. ICBC continues to follow the advice from provincial and
federal health authorities to ensure the health and safety of our customers,
partners and employees. We will continue to keep you updated as the situation
evolves.
