Occupational Therapy in Primary Care Study

Describing and Connecting Canadian Occupational Therapists in Primary Care

INVESTIGATORS: Catherine Donnelly, Lori Letts, Leanne LeClair, Carri Hand, Pam Wener
Dear Colleague,

If you work in primary care, you are invited to participate in a study funded through the Primary Health Care System Seed Fund. The purpose of the survey is to gather information about Canadian occupational therapists working in primary care.  The study will help us to better understand the roles of occupational therapy in primary care, the health professionals with whom they work and the clients who they provide services.
Please fill out our online survey (link below) about your employment setting, the approaches you use in your practice, the health care professional you work with and your ongoing learning needs. The survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

If you would like more information about the project, please contact the principal investigator, Catherine Donnelly at 613-533-6385 or catherine.donelly@queensu.ca

Thank you for your participation!
