Private Practice Directory- Don't Miss Your Chance to be Included

CAOT-BC will be publishing a private practice directory on January 1, 2015. 

The CAOT-BC Private Practice Directory is a member exclusive benefit open to any occupational therapist that provides private occupational therapy services in British Columbia. Occupational therapists must choose to be included in the directory and are invited to submit a listing. Eligible listings by CAOT-BC members are for individual occupational therapists, not for company listings.

Although all directory listings will follow a standard layout, there are three directory listing options to select from.  If you provide service in BC but your preferred address with CAOT is in another province, please contact Jeanne Salo (jsalo@caot.ca/1-800-434-2268 Ext. 225) to discuss your options. Please note that you must be a member of CAOT-BC to be listed in the directory. If you are not a member and would like to become a member, please click here.

Once you have reviewed the options available, please click the heading for the option you wish to purchase and it will take you directly to the PDF fillable form for that option. Please note that there are two buttons on the bottom of the form. The first will allow you to submit your data for the directory and the second will take you directly to the product on our online store. It is important to note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the data submitted is accurate and free of typographical errors as the form you submit is what will be used to create the directory. If you have any trouble with the PDF forms, email jsalo@caot.ca.

Once published, not only will CAOT-BC distribute the directory to stakeholders, but it will also be available for download from our website. The CAOT-BC Private Practice Directory will be the best resource for finding and contacting an occupational therapist in British Columbia, so don’t miss your chance to be included! The deadline to submit your listing request is November 21, 2014, 11:59 pm, Pacific Standard Time.
