The BC Quality Awards celebrate extraordinary work in our health system. Award categories represent the four areas of care, an outstanding leaders, and an Everyday Champion.
Launched in 2009, the awards program recognizes individuals, health care teams and facilities that have implemented measures, or engaged in initiatives, to improve the quality of care in BC. The awards also serve to raise the overall profile of efforts to improve quality throughout the province.
Winners will be awarded a $2,500 sponsorship to help support or disseminate learning from their projects, and will be presented plaques in a ceremony at Health Talks on February 18, 2015.
Each winner will also receive complimentary registration for the Quality Forum on February 19 and 20, 2015. Winners of the four initiative-based awards will be invited to deliver a presentation at the Quality Forum.
