On April 28th, 2014 ICBC rolled out the final phase of our new computer system, ClaimCenter. As we’ve previously communicated with you, the new system will mean changes to some of our current processes, but will make our claims handling more efficient so we can better serve our customers.
I’m writing to let you know that we have identified a change that impacts how Occupational Therapists share customer reports with us. Unfortunately, ClaimCenter does not support password protected documents. As we work through a solution to accommodate this issue, we require that Occupational Therapists fax or mail any reports directly to the adjuster.
