Motor Vehicles (OSMV) policy and procedures used when making decisions about a
driver’s fitness. To be used as a companion to the BC Driver Fitness Handbook
for Medical Professionals (below).

for Medical Professionals – Identifies and medical conditions that may impact a
patient or client’s fitness to drive and outlines information that medical
professionals should provide the OSMV.
Report of a Condition
Affecting Fitness and Ability to Drive – Form to be filled out for a patient
or client with a medical condition that makes their driving dangerous to
themselves and/or the public
