ICBC is seeking to pre-qualify medical service providers to offer claims handlers and legal counsel access to cost effective evidence based support from medical experts who can assist with appropriate medical management to support customer recovery and enable timely resolution of claims.

This Medical procurement will focus only on Medical Assessment Services purchased by ICBC to manage injury claims. The intent of this RFPQ process will result in a vendor pool of pre-qualified service providers who can deliver a variety of services that ICBC can call upon as required throughout the lifecycle of any claim.

2. Schedule 2 - Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) - If the MNDA is not on file, please submit Schedule 2; MNDA with Schedule 1 - Response Notification Form prior to 16:00 Pacific Time Aug 3, 2016 

3. BRIEFING SESSION DATE/TIME: August 5, 2016 9:30 am Pacific Time

4. DEADLINE FOR ENQUIRIES: Prior to 15:00 pm Pacific Time August 12, 2016
