Resource for your Practice: ECHO Coping with COVID

ECHO Coping with COVID is designed for Healthcare Providers and Health Profession Students responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants are invited to join ECHO sessions virtually through multi-point videoconference technology to share and learn about ways to build resilience and overall wellness through didactic lectures and case-based discussions.

When: Every Friday from 11:00am to 12:00pm PST
Where: Videoconference

Curriculum topics are developed to meet changing provider needs. Below are some examples of topics:

  • Managing Anxiety Related to COVID-19
  • Loneliness during the Pandemic
  • Physical and Mental Fitness
  • Seasonal Affective Disorder and COVID-19
  • COVID Transmission and Related IPAC Principles
