Virtual Hug: An Informal Meeting Hosted by the Chronic Pain & MHSU Practice Networks

There have been a lot of changes to our work environments and demands this year and many occupational therapists have been working alone, under high stress demands, or are experiencing loss of social network at work due to COVID-19 precautions. This session will be an informal discussion, for OTs by OTs, to talk about burnout, how things are going for us individually, and to plan ideas for how we can support each other going into 2021. We have purposefully planned this in the evening so OTs are able to unplug from work when we chat.
