Meet your CAOT-BC Advisory Committee: Anne Marie Hogya


 
Anne Marie Hogya has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (University of British Columbia, 1994), a Masters of Arts in Leadership and Adult Training (Royal Roads University, 2004) and is a certified facilitator and trainer in the 5RhythmsÔ practice (Moving Centre School New York, 2008). She is co-founder of Magma Rehabilitation, a dynamic company providing occupational therapy and rehabilitation services on Vancouver Island.
 She has worked in many areas of occupational therapy but has focused on community based private practice and consultation services for over a decade.


She creates and delivers classes and workshops for the general public and provides business, rehabilitation and professional health care consultant services in large organizations and in the private sector. Her passion lies in working with individuals and groups to irreverently push edges, increase awareness, and spark readiness and exciting inspiration for change. Anne Marie lives in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, with her husband Brooks and two sons Austin and Oliver.
